We focus on products that are harder to find in retail stores. With most of our products being hand made you can believe that your best friends are getting the best of the dog world.

What happens after I place my order?

How do I view the status of my order?

Once you place the order you'll receive an email with a link to track your order status, see when it is shipped and follow up on tracking the shipment.

What if I can't find the exact item I'm looking for?

You can always reach out to us on our 'Contact' page, and we will do our best to source the item from one of our reputable suppliers!

I received defective/ incorrect/ missing items in my order. What do I do?

We honor a 30 day return policy, so as long as you reach out to us right away we will take care of the discrepancy!

What is your shipping policy?

Please allow 3-7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

What are my shipping charges?

Shipping is free within the US. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for any address outside of the US.
