Shipping times take anywhere from 1-1.5 weeks to Europe and 2-2.5 weeks to shipping in the US. 

All sales are final. (Unless discussed otherwise with an associate.) We do not offer any exchanges or refunds. will not be responsible or refund purchase price for items lost in the mail. We will be more than happy to send you a promo code for 50% off to repurchase your item.

If discussed that a return is applicable we will not cover return shipping costs.

Unfortunately sometimes issues like this will arise. We suggest contacting your local post office so they can contact the carrier on your route to confirm delivery.
