What happens after I place my order?
- Your order will be packed up and shipped to your furry friend within 1-2 weeks!
How do I view the status of my order?
- Once you place the order you'll receive an email with a link to track your order status, see when it is shipped and follow up on tracking the shipment.
What if I can't find the exact item I'm looking for?
- You can always reach out to us on our 'Contact' page, and we will do our best to source the item from one of our reputable suppliers!
I received defective/ incorrect/ missing items in my order. What do I do?
- We honor a 30 day return policy, so as long as you reach out to us right away we will take care of the discrepancy!
What is your shipping policy?
- Please allow 3-7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 days to let you know your order is on the way!
What are my shipping charges?
- Shipping is free within the US. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for any address outside of the US.
